Week of Febraury 24th

Mark your Calendars
First Grade Field Trip to World Wildlife Zoo is this Friday February 28th. Please remember to send your child with a lunch in a paper bag and a disposable water bottle. Plan to put sunscreen on them before they get to school. Dress code is the same as it is every day. If you are volunteering plan to meet us at the zoo EARLY. Bring $23 cash and a backpack large enough to hold lunches and waters for your group.

Field DAY is next Friday March 6th. First grade will participate during the first half of the day. There will be no hot lunch, please plan accordingly. Please see the post below from coaches Edmondson and Cook:
With Field Day approaching quickly, we are reaching out to families that would be willing to help and provide snacks/beverages for our class on March 6th, 2019. We are searching for parent(s) that would be willing to either:
  • Provide our class with cooler(s) & ice
  • Provide small waters, gatorades, etc.
  • Provide snacks for one of the break times
    • A frozen treat and waters will already be at one of the stations, so please no popsicles.
If this is something you are willing to lend a helping hand, please reach out to (insert Lead Teacher or TA) so we can get the snacks organized for our class.
